Shipping Policy

We offer Fast & Free Shipping on all products over $99 in the contiguous United States and other countries (see the "SHIPPING" tab on each product page for details). We ship daily from domestic warehouses via FedEx, UPS, DHL, DPD, TNT and freight. We do not ship to Alaska, or Hawaii, or any of the U.S. territories

Order processing and handling time usually varies from 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, transit time varies between 1-5 days. Estimates of shipping times for each product can be viewed in the “SHIPPING” tab on the product page.

NOTE: Shipping times are an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. You may need to assume a few extra days depending on the current shipping environment and the nature and size of the products sold through our site. It is a high priority for us to get your package to you ASAP.

Shipping Process
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will notify you via e-mail.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will usually ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order.
We will send you tracking information as soon as your order leaves the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@e-rideandroll.com.
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery and take photos. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@e-rideandroll.com and we will process a claim on your behalf.

Return & Refund Policy

Customer service is a top priority for us at E-Ride and Roll.  We will do our best to fulfill your expectations and concerns.  We believe in treating our customers the way we want to be treated.  

E-Ride and Roll is an authorized dealer and distributor for all the brands and products sold on this website. All of our products are covered by the manufacturer’s return/refund policies and warranty policies. Our policies must coincide with our suppliers and we must abide by the manufacturer's return and refund policies.

For a majority of our products, our return policy for EUNORAU Products is up to 7 days. Please read the return policy that applies to the product you select. It is located under the “RETURN POLICY” tab on the product page.

EUNORAU Return Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. Once the order is canceled, you will receive the full refund through the original payment route.  We cannot cancel the order if the product already has been shipped out. Moreover, to prevent loss or damage when returned, please do not reject the delivered e-bikeReceive the package first, then contact us via Livechat / Phone / Email immediately, we will call the carrier (UPS/FedEx) to pick up door to door and take it back. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund and will be applied to the original card used in the transaction. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in advance.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept a return on products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 calendar days after the receipt. To be eligible for a return, customers must receive the product in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for a refund if it has been assembled, ridden, worn, used, abused, or damaged in any way. The merchandise must arrive complete, including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional material, and in the original packaging.  Customers must initiate return shipment of the merchandise within 7 calendar days after the delivery date, and pay for the shipping cost to EUNORAU’s warehouses located in the USA. We will finish the inspection within 5 days after receipt of the product. If the returned products are not in original condition according to the above clause, we will refuse a refund. If the returned products are in original condition according to clause, and the reasons for return are attributable to EUNORAU, we will agree to refund the full paid amount.  If the reasons for the return are attributable to the Customer, we need to deduct the shipping cost first, then the remaining purchase price will be refunded.

* Annotation:

1) Reasons attributable to the Customer:

  • Customer placed wrong order or purchased wrong/unwanted product, etc.
  • The product was shipped back without admittance from EUNORAU.
  • The product was damaged when shipping back.

2) Reasons attributable to EUNORAU:

  • Eunorau shipped out the incorrect product,
  • The product shipped was damaged or defective,
  • The product was damaged in shipping to the customer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Progress time: 1-3 business days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@e-rideandroll.cm.

E-Ride and Roll Return Terms

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
  • Returns may be requested by sending an email to info@e-rideandroll.com with your order number.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • We do not charge restocking fees, but if our supplier does, this fee will be passed on to you. Supplier restocking fees vary from zero to 30% and can be viewed on the product pages.
  • If the return is for personal reasons, a 5% fee will be charged to cover our administration costs and merchant processing fees.
  • If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
  • Original shipping charges included in the purchase price of the product are non-refundable.
  • We will refund the product price minus the applicable fees and charges.
  • Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used when the original purchase was made.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed once the item is delivered back to us.

Additional Information

  • It is the customer's responsibility to return the merchandise in a new resalable condition. Refunds are only issued after returned items have been received and inspected.
  • If a returned item gets damaged during transportation, it is the customer's responsibility to file the claim with the carrier. No refund can be issued in this case.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment.

Cancellations

  • All cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
  • This fee covers administration costs and costs from our credit card processing company. Whenever we refund an order, we are not refunded our merchant card processing fees.
  • If your order has not been shipped yet, this is the only fee you will incur.
  • If your order has been shipped, the standard return procedure applies and more fees will apply like original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and restocking fees, if any. We do not charge restocking fees, we only pass them on from our supplier.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@e-rideandroll.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Defective Merchandise

All of our products are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty policies. The warranty information for each product can be found under the "WARRANTY" tab on the product page. Please let us know if you discover any manufacturer's defects and we will help you get the appropriate parts or replace the product.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item (different size / color / model, etc.) you will need to cancel or return the initial order and place a new order.

Price Match Guarantee

Price Match
We work hard to ensure we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us, within six months of your purchase date, please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered, within six months of your purchase date, we will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitor's website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee.
Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible.
The item must be in stock on the competitor's website.
The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location.
The website cannot be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc.).
The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question.
The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges. It excludes sales tax.

Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY AND POLICY ON REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • All EUNORAU bikes are covered under our manufacturer's all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects.
  • Due to different production batches or improvements of Eunorau ebikes, different parts & accessories applied will be changed without prior notice. and we guarantee that equal or higher quality of the changed ones will be used instead. so that different parts & accessories can not use as the reason for quality return and/or after-sales service application.
WARRANTY PERIOD AND TARGET AUDIENCE TERMS

The warranty would be registered automatically when the initial purchaser ordered it in the online shop. So the warranty is under the INITIAL PURCHASER and the warranty date would be started since the initial owner has received it.

As for the warranty transfer, the ebike transfer can only enjoy the warranty when the following two conditions are met at the same time:
1. The under-warranty package hasn't expired since the initial owner has received it.

2. You have the initial owner's name & the initial order number.

Warranty periods are subject to a 50% reduction for products utilized in rental applications.

COVERED PRODUCTS
  • EUNORAU will replace any component that is deemed to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipment) without user error. The warranty covers the listed products and follows the terms below:
FRAMES: 
  • EUNORAU e-bike frames are covered by a replacement warranty for 5 years based on the frame production date.
  • This warranty includes a replacement frame only. Labor charges to changeover parts to replacement frames are not included. Changeover labor must be performed by an authorized EUNORAU.
  • EUNORAU reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at the discretion of EUNORAU.
  • Frame issues that are excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:
  1. Corrosion
  2. Paint fade, scratches, impact marks
  3. Impact damage
  4. Non-reversible modification (drilling/welding)
  5. Chain guard mount to the frame if applicable
BATTERIES
  • EUNORAU batteries are covered by a 2-year prorated warranty.
  • At 85% and above, the capacity of battery is considered as a good health after 2 years of natural use.
  • During 2 years of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains unchanged based on the original purchase date.
  • No cash reimbursement will be made.
  • No warranty for defects or damage caused by water ingress.
  • The forward & return freight that item ships to official maintaince & repair department is on your own expense.
  • Batteries can be assessed and found defective directly by EUNORAU only.
  • After the first year of service – A prorated credit, based on months of service, will be applied toward the purchase of a new battery (More detail, see below). Batteries purchased at pro-rated cost will have a new one-year warranty based on the pro-rated purchase date.
  1. Within 6 months -20%*sale price credit
  2. Within 12 months -10%*sale price credit
  3. Beyond 12 months -6%*sale price credit

  • In addition, with respect to the battery, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damages:
  1. Caused by charging by a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the Battery or the improper use of a battery charger.
  2. Where any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering.
  3. Where the Battery has been used in equipment other than the bike for which it is specified.
OTHER PARTS & COMPONENTS:

Original other EUNORAU parts & components are covered by limited warranty, as following:

12 months: Mid-drive/Hub motor, Fork, Headset, Battery Base, Display, Controller, Pedal Sensor, Speed Sensor, Throttle, Motor Switch, Charger, Brake Lever, Dual Battery Converter, Programmer, Rear Shock, Rim, Bottom Bracket, Crankset, Disc Brake Caliper, Handlebar, Stem, Seat Post, Seat Post QR.

* Note: the forward & return freight that the motor ships to official maintaince & repair department is on your own expense.

6 months: Pedal, Chain, Hub, Kickstand, Derailleur Hanger, Gear Sensor, Front Light, Rear Light, Shifting Lever, Saddle Bag, Tailgate Pad.

3 months: Spoke, Cable & Wire.

NOT COVERED PRODUCTS:

  • No warranty other than shipping damage.
  • Ordinary wear and tear not the result of defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by EUNORAU. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to:

  4. Fender

  6. Basket
  7. Bell

  19. Free Tool Kit
  20. Free Accessories
  21. Free Gift
  22. Others
  • Parts compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc).
  • Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product.
  • Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.
  • Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
  • Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by EUNORAU.
  • The product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.
  • Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by EUNORAU with the Products.
  • Defects or damage caused by man-made damage, self-modification, improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual.
  • Defects or damage caused by artificially installed accessories that do not match the vehicle, so that the original accessories and other accessories are damaged, or errors cannot be technically identified and analyzed.
  • Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.

TWO YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY

 The warranty items covered by this paid service include Display, Controller, Battery, and Motor.

Warranty Claims

All claims to this warranty must be made through EUNORAU. and submitted toservice001@ebikerepairfactory.com. Proofs of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us atservice001@ebikerepairfactory.comas there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through EUNORAU within above specific period of initial purchase. EUNORAU will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers need to provide us with evidences by email.

Shipping Damage Claims

In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contactservice001@ebikerepairfactory.comand provide us with photo or video proof. Moreover, all free accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation. NOTE: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products. REPAIR SERVICE for offline bicycle store, EUNORAU will only provide free replacement parts. We do not reimburse any labor costs produced in the repair service.
